Receiver Gallery has closed as of April 1, 2010. Thank you to all of our artists, the friends we made, and our supporters. A special thanks goes to curator and artist Chris Pew for herding cats and curating. You all helped make a beautiful thing happen. Jafön Hakkinen — Director
Born and raised in San Francisco, Jay founded Receiver Studio, an interactive design company, in 2002. He graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle and enjoys architecture, design, the arts and outdoor living.
